    Delegates Moye and Mahan move to amend the amendment beginning on page three, line two, by combining designated districts twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one into district twenty-nine entitled to three delegates,

And,

    On page one hundred five, section two, subsection (c), District 29, beginning on line sixteen, by combining designated districts twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one into a three member district whose geographic boundaries shall be defined by all the areas included in districts twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one.
